Necessary documents for visa category M1 – for working

1. National passport (copy) .
2. Application form.
3. Proposal of the faculty to the First Vice-rector  
4. Notarized translation into Kazakh / Russian language of apostil / legalized diplomas of education (Bachelor, Masters , PhD doctors )
5. Employment contract (copy)
6. A copy of the order
7. Additional documents may be requested in case of need
8. Payment of state fee -3.5 MCI (monthly calculation index=2121)


	Necessary documents for visa category M2 - Work (M1 family members)

1. National passport (copy) .
2. Application form.
3. notarized translation of Apostilled / legalized copies of documents proving the relations with persons issued M1 visa.
4. A copy of the national passport of the person having a M1 visa .
5. The additional documents can be requested in case of need.
6. Payment of state fee - 3.5 MCI(monthly calculation index=2121). 


	Necessary documents for visa category D1 - Business (issued for up to 30 days)

1. National passport (copy) .
2. Application form.
3. Proposal of the faculty to First vice-rector
4. The additional documents can be requested in case of need.
5. Payment of state fee - 3.5 MCI(monthly calculation index=2121).

 
	Necessary documents for visa category L1 visa - to study and L2 – scientific internships, educational training

1. National passport (copy) .
2. Application form.
3. Copy of contract (if fee-based)
4. Notarized copy of the agreement ( MOU between the universities)
5. Copy of the order of enrollment
6. The additional documents can be requested in case of need.
7. Payment of state fee -3.5 MCI(monthly calculation index=2121).


                                                                             Attention!

	• Documents for visa support must be submitted to the International Cooperation Department
	(Administrative building, office 1204, “Keremet” Student Center office 102a) 20 working days prior 
	the entry of a foreign citizen.
	Foreign citizens MUST REGISTER during 3 calendar days from the arrival to the Republic of KZ 
	The following documents for registration at the Office of the Migration Police in Almaty: 
	• Passport (original and copy);
	• Migration card;
	Additional documents may be requested on a case-by-case basis.

The Department of international cooperation informs you about the announcement of the competition of applications within the project FREE MOVERS with Vytautas Magnus University

 

Vytautas Magnus University welcomes Free Movers (non-degree students) to apply for Bachelor or Master’s level courses offered in English and English Prep- Course.

Free Mover students are individual, international students who, upon payment are temporarily (one or two semesters) registered at Vytautas Magnus University for courses in the Bachelor or Master level offered in English. They organize his / her studies in Vytautas Magnus University independently.

After their term in Vytautas Magnus University, Free Mover students receive a transcript of records, but not a degree or a diploma. This is a perfect way to collect some international credits!
