Dear Al-Farabi KazNU students!

         International Cooperation Department informs you about the opportunity to study at University of Marburg (Germany) within the framework of Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Project of 2018-2019 !


We are informing about the continuation of the application for Winter Semester 2018/2019 academic year for student mobility to study in the Philipps-Universität Marburg (Germany) in the framework of the academic mobility of the ERASMUS + program.

Nominees for student mobility- bachelor students and undergraduates of humanitarian specialties must present the following documents:

1)   Motivation letter with justification of your desire to study at a German university - no more than 2 pages typewritten text, Times new Roman, 14 font, single line spacing (your knowledge about the country of study; a specialty on which you plan to study; a list of disciplines; educational and social activity; intellectual and communication readiness to perceive new knowledge; Your previous experience, including participation in events with German partners; knowledge/ readiness for in-depth study of the German language, etc.).

2)   The list of prospective subjects that you can choose to study at the University of Marburg;

3)    CV, sample Europass;

4)    A copy of the transcript indicating the GPA;

5)   A letter of recommendation from the professor of the department where the candidate specializes;

6)   Certificate of knowledge of a foreign language (English - IELTS or German - B2);
Knowledge of the German language is preferable.

A nomination for Economy and Law has no guarantee for a mobility because of the required high German Language level. These faculties offer almost all their courses in German.

Deadline: December 10, 2018.

The Commission, whose membership is approved jointly with the German party, reserves the right to request additional information about the candidate.

The Department of international cooperation informs you about the announcement of the competition of applications within the project FREE MOVERS with Vytautas Magnus University

 

Vytautas Magnus University welcomes Free Movers (non-degree students) to apply for Bachelor or Master’s level courses offered in English and English Prep- Course.

Free Mover students are individual, international students who, upon payment are temporarily (one or two semesters) registered at Vytautas Magnus University for courses in the Bachelor or Master level offered in English. They organize his / her studies in Vytautas Magnus University independently.

After their term in Vytautas Magnus University, Free Mover students receive a transcript of records, but not a degree or a diploma. This is a perfect way to collect some international credits!
