Al-Farabi Kazakh National University was visited by the Czech and Slovak Republics’ delegation, headed by ex-adviser to the prime minister of the Czech Republic, well-known journalist Matiash Zrno.
The purpose of visit was extension of joint social and scientific projects among youth organizations of universities, and also a cooperation in the scientific and educational sphere within the “Erasmus Plus” program.
"Thanks to common efforts and inexhaustible creative potential of students, our university is capable to realize urgent international projects. In KazNU are created all conditions for successful study and active life of students. Over the past three years the number of students involved in the activities of clubs has increased by 2.5 times, which are now more than 10 thousands students. Today at university more than 300 clubs and circles aimed at development of creative and intellectual potential", - noted the first Vice-rector Mukhambetkali Burkitbayev.
The delegation highly appreciated achievements and pace of development of KazNU, noted the high level of student's leadership skills, also their level of educational and research potential.
